6th WOCAF FESTIVAL AT A GLANCE
March 25th – 27th 2010
What: The Women of Color Arts & Film (WOCAF) Festival is the only one of its kind in the southeast of the United States to exclusively present, promote and celebrate the artistic talents of women of color filmmakers and artists. The festival includes:
- Panel discussion/Lecture “From Baker to Beyonce and Sembene Ousmane’s Black Girl: Exploring black female sexuality” in the global imagination with panelists from the community
- Screening films and videos by and/or about Women of Color
- A Visual Arts Exhibitions celebrating the works of local Atlanta Women of Color Artists.
When: The festival will celebrate its 6th year March 25th – 28th 2010.
